A Kindred Scholar is a student who connects with another student in his or her degree program but who lives and serves in a different context. The Kindred Scholars share learning experiences through courses they take together or through face-to-face interaction. Our Kindred Scholars program is designed to connect resourced students and their communities of faith with under-resourced students and their communities of faith for the purpose of sharing both learning and resources to complete the goal of a degree.
Gifts to the Kindred Scholars program will provide scholarships and materials for under-resourced students here and around the world.
Thank you for your continued prayers and financial support as we join God on his mission to create a world changing seminary that equips the next generation of spiritual leaders where they live, work and serve!
Please read the letter below from Jason N. Jones, Chairman of the Board of Governors.
We are at a critical crossroad in our journey to make theological education accessible and affordable for those called to serve God and His church worldwide. During the summer months we typically experience significant cash flow problems, and this year is not any different. We need to raise funds immediately to continue the important Kingdom work of B. H. Carroll.
As Chairman of the Board of Governors, I would like to personally invite you to join me as a founding supporter of the Kindred Scholars program at B. H. Carroll Theological Institute. The Kindred Scholars program will connect students with donors who commit to give $35 on a monthly basis.
